our eyes are glued to our computers.
our fingers attached to our phones.
our bums got bigger on the sofa.
our faces are glued to the t.v screen or just the episode.
have you thought about how many hours you spend staring at a screen?
ditch your p.c, meet your friends, get out more!
too much virtual stimulation turn you into a freak plus you lack much sleep.
experts say it causes depression by time.
the addiction makes you suffer and feel lost when your blackberry or i-phone are far from you.
your whole existence depends on your online relations.
you lose your physical social skills.
news anchors are your best friends.
you check face-book every hour.
you check your email every 30 minutes.
you are becoming sick admit it.
notice your isolation.
notice how your real relationships with the people around you have become impaired.
you are hypnotized, your brain suffers, so many machinery and information flooding to you from every source and it is not good for you.
it is hard for you to sleep after the virtual zoo you have gone through.
talk more, go out more, even sleep more.
touch each other, kiss and hug, it is better than your imaginary greetings to friends online.
the people of this day are more stressed than anytime before, they literally know too much.
anything that happens anywhere, they are aware of and it is usually bad news.
it does effect you! even if you think you are a cool cucumber. why else do you think you wake up in the middle of the night?
why else have you become more miserable?
more stressed!
more withdrawn and not focused on the conversation, not there totally on the dinner table.
your eyes sneak peak all the time like a cheater on your own life, life a traitor to the people you are with physically right now. give you, give all of you not a fraction, not just your physical presence.
bring back the natural life it is so much simpler and more beautiful, it is the real life i am talking about, the one worth ditching your phone, your p.c. and your virtual reality for.
the happiest moments of life are those we experience fully, with our all.
take some time away from the screen, relax, breathe and live!
