today the heart expands

now i know what i was painting about

the flame of love is burning in my heart 

the heart races for the love of God

the breath gasps with the passion of love

the tree becomes a soul mate and in everyone's eye i found God

the spirit left the body and made love with the universe 

at once it kissed the sky

at once it caressed the earth and the skin even softened with the remedy of love

always thirsty always intoxicated and in circles i will whirl

i dreamed of the the eye of truth and now i can see

this must be a dream come true finally all i was looking for now i found

now i am home and i am not afraid to be alone

i am not a lone i am everything at once

now the pain makes sense 

i was being polished 

the mirror of the heart needs to be polished to reflect the light of God

the kind tree is now my best friend 

the dry eye is a curse 

i am the kind tree

i am the candle light

i am the clouds and the sky

i am the waves and the sea

i no more want to be who i used to be

everything i felt existed now proves to be real

was the path of thorns only a test to get to the path of light?

it was and now my soul ignites

now sleep can come

the real is real the fake wont count

the love is greater than before

the heart is filled with gardens and the beloved is closer than anytime before

i have missed the divine touch

now i can see the colors of love

beyond the material world i now see the gardens that waited for me

now it makes sense

now i understand

i have always longed and painted about this and now it is real

now the music plays without instruments

now the world makes sense

today the heart expands with love

today the mirrors do not reflect the face of mud, but rather the face of light

come touch my hands and see how much love i have  

now i do not care for the dumb

let the stupid stay

let the negative lay

my heart will dance tonight

i am a dervish tonight and my heart wears the colors of the rainbows 

i am a lover that is all

thirst for more light will never be satisfied 

for today the heart expands

the heart burns 

and the whole world stops
